Amazing food. Server was very nice and attentive, Flautas, Carne Asada Burro, and Grilled Chicken Enchiladas were amazing, half priced apps and 3 dollar beers and margaritas! What else could you ask for. Very friendly atmosphere, will definitely come back again!

Second time ordering food there.The order came a lil bit wrong and I Called them to complain. The manager answered my call and sent the right order right over to my apartment (less than 15 min).Their tacos are great and their burritos even better.Guac is .

This is a great spot. Small and cozy. Happy hour drinks are a real bargain and the food was great. I had a chimichanga which was flaky and perfect. The wait staff was very energetic and friendly. I would definitely eat here again.

As decided,did another visit for lunch today with office colleagues to Viva . This time I had the Tinga Chimichanga ..was delicious.. we had a lot of rounds of different Margaritas which were all on point. One of my co worker had Molcajete.. the presentation was very impressive ..definitely worth another visit.

Went there for a boys night out on a Friday, the atmosphere was welcoming and the staff was very friendly. The food was very flavorful especially their appetizers. I would recommend the lamb sis kebab and the lebne. The sis kebab was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Would go back again
